Career Support

As you think about your future and prepare for job hunting, you may encounter various concerns and uncertainties. To support you in addressing these challenges, we offer individual career consultations with professional career advisers who have extensive experience and specialized knowledge. These consultations are designed to provide personalized support tailored to your specific needs, helping you move forward with confidence.

Consultation Hours and Methods

Available Days: Monday to Friday, 12:20 PM – 4:40 PM
(Closed on national holidays and from December 29 to January 3)
Time schedule of career consulting

⑥16：00～16：40
Each session lasts 40 minutes.
Consultation Format: Face-to-face or online

For in-person consultations, please refer to the table below for available days and locations.
Online consultations are available with any adviser regardless of location. Adviser availability follows the same schedule as shown in the table.

Online consultation via Webex

For online consultations, the Webex meeting URL will be available in the “Confirm Appointed Consultations” section. Please check your system settings before the consultation begins.
Five minutes before the scheduled start time, please click “Join the Meeting.”
The consultation may begin slightly later than scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask you to wait until your advisor joins the meeting.
Please ensure your video and microphone are turned on during the consultation.

How to Make a Reservation

Reservations must be made through the 91探花 Job and Career Support System by 9:00 AM on the day of your desired consultation.

After logging into the system:

Click on “Individual (Group) Consultation Reservation.”
Select “Reserve Individual Consultation.”
Choose your preferred date, time, and advisor to complete your reservation.

Note: If this is your first time using the system, please complete the initial registration.

Important Notices – Please Read Carefully

You may only have one active reservation at a time.
No-shows without prior notice are strictly prohibited. If you need to cancel, please do so through the system.
After 9:00 AM on the day of your consultation, cancellations via the system are no longer possible. In such cases, please contact us directly (see contact information below).

Submission of Application Documents

Please submit your application documents via the 91探花 Job and Career Support System when making your reservation, or by 9:00 AM on the day of your consultation at the latest.
Late submissions may not be reviewed in advance.
